I love Neil's classes for many reasons – they are thoughtfully planned, well-balanced, have an appropriate challenge level for all and yet are light with a relaxed atmosphere. I feel Neil is humble and authentic in an ‘industry’ where this is not always the case. He has extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy which comes through in his classes - in a genuine and natural way. He reminds us that whatever stage we are at with our yoga to be kind to ourselves and accept where we are – a valuable reminder for life on and off the yoga mat.

I always find myself looking forward to yoga with Neil. Whatever I need from my practice that day, I know I will find it in his class. Neil has such a calm and inviting energy, I feel at ease on my mat, ready to relax and receive. I also really appreciate the way he guides the class through each pose, with thoughtful tips and suggestions to help make the practice as effective and as safe as can be.
